Nordic DC Mechanical uses the contact and project information you submit to respond to your enquiry, prepare a proposal and coordinate potential services. For privacy requests and questions about the organisation responsible for your enquiry, contact enquiries@nordicdcmechanical.com.
What we collect and why
We collect your company, name, email, optional phone number, project location, required roles, installer count, optional start date, duration and any comments you provide. Processing is based on our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and, where applicable, steps requested before entering a contract. Please do not submit sensitive personal information.
Storage and service providers
The enquiry is saved on our website server and transmitted through Resend to our enquiry mailbox. Resend and email providers process the information to deliver and store the message; processing may involve countries outside the EEA, subject to the providers’ applicable transfer safeguards. Server copies are retained for up to 90 days and removed by a daily maintenance task. Mailbox correspondence is retained as needed for the enquiry, any resulting business relationship and applicable legal obligations.
Cookies and technical information
A necessary session cookie protects the form and prevents duplicate submissions. A temporary hashed network identifier helps limit abuse. The site does not currently use advertising or analytics cookies. Hosting access logs may contain technical information used for security and operation.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of your personal information, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may also complain to your local data protection authority, including the Finnish Office of the Data Protection Ombudsman. Contact us at the address above to make a request.
